Peter and Olaf Harken recognized this basic business principle more than 50 years ago when starting Harken/Vanguard in the lake country of Southeastern Wisconsin. Since those early days, Harken has grown from a backyard dream, to a global reality with group offices around the world and distribution in 48 countries. Harken gear dominates events like the America’s Cup, the Ocean Race, the Olympics and the Maxi World Championships. Harken blocks, travelers, winches, and hydraulics are aboard everything from the smallest dinghies to the largest megayachts. Wichard Group
For more than 100 years our main mission has been to provide all our customers with quality products that ensure both safety and optimum performance for their sports and professional activities. Wichard was founded in 1919 in Thiers by Henri Wichard. The company specialized initially in the manufacture of forged safety parts for industry.

Polyform AS
Polyform AS was established in 1955 and was the first company in the world to produce inflatable, all-plastic net buoys and fenders. Polyform AS is the leading manufacturer in its field. The company is registered in Norway and situated in Ålesund at the north-western coast of Norway, and benefits from being located in one of the world’s most innovative maritime environments.
Comet
The creation of the brand Comet was the beginning of the company manufacturing fireworks, along with linethrowers and rockets for the marine industry and moving away from various aviation projects. By 1960, Comet was a well known and respected global pyrotechnic company. Comet rockets, flares and smoke signals can be found on the bridges, life rafts and lifeboats of Naval and merchant ships, fishing boats and yachts all over the world. The quality, technological superiority and innovative design of our products, combined with worldwide type approvals and manufacturing in Bremerhaven to ISO 9001 & 15736 standards, has placed Comet at the forefront of marine safety.
Regatta
Regatta har utviklet flyteprodukter i over 60 år, og vi er en av Europas ledende produsenter av redningsvester og flyteprodukter. Gjennom nye oppfinnelser og stadige forbedringer av produktene i henhold til gjeldende krav, har vi utviklet høy kunnskap og erfaring. Allerede på midten av 1970-tallet utviklet vi en arbeidsdrakt med innebygd flytestoff – «Regatta Combidrakt». I 1991 utviklet og lanserte vi en flytegenser. Produktutvikling har vært, og vil alltid være, en kontinuerlig prosess med høy prioritet i Regatta. Sikkerhet, bevegelsesfrihet og komfort under alle forhold er vårt mål for kvalitet.
